We are proud to offer Primary Caregiver 12 weeks’ of Paid Parental Leave. This can be taken by either parent during the 12 months after birth/placement in case of adoption. All family leave entitlements are inclusive of LGBTQIA+ people, regardless of the gender of the Staff Member or their partner. This is on top of the Government’s paid parental leave provisions.

Today’s disruptive environment and our technology enable us to work both from the office and from elsewhere. Most of our people work 3 days in the office.

We have an active RISE women in leadership initiative to inform, inspire and connect the amazing women at ESV. Training, book clubs, external speakers and other events all designed for helping the women of ESV ‘rise’.
