Something special happened on Tuesday March 15 for ESV. It was our Tribe Day.
For the last two years, our firm-wide events have been delivered via a screen. As we all know, it’s not the same. On March 15 the team came together (in person) as One Tribe.
We welcomed special guests Graham Einfeld (the E in ESV) and Robert Symonds (the S in ESV), unfortunately, Geoff Vince (the V in ESV) was an apology. We reflected on our history with many stories being shared and lessons shared. From our founders to many senior leaders to our latest Junior Advisor recruit, we asked them to share their insights into why ESV is a special place – not only for our team but for our clients.
We discussed ESV’s vision and strategy – we focussed on our ‘why’; being your partner for growth, not only for our team but for our clients.
We brainstormed and together we came up with new ideas to solve some of our current challenges.
- How do we attract the best people to join us?
- What is the best way to put Covid behind us?
- How can we create the best possible environment for our team’s personal growth and professional development?
- How can we create even better human experiences for our clients?
Many of the ideas are now being brought to life through new initiatives and projects. One of these is our IT transformation project – this has been an ongoing project which has seen ESV invest in the latest technologies. Our objective is to reduce wastage and enhance client experiences. As a business we have decided to accelerate our roadmap over the next twelve months – we look forward to sharing more in this area as new solutions are launched.
We also talked about ESV’s exciting future. Oh, and we all wore ESV Tribe t-shirts, smiled and laughed.
It was a day to remember.
