About Ashima Seth
Ashima Seth is our Chief Executive Officer. In addition to her professional services expertise, Ashima has a degree in Applied Finance as well as a Masters of Business Administration.
As our CEO, she provides high-level strategic and operational insight and advice to our partners – so that they can focus on looking after our clients. She understands the complex commercial drivers of a business as it scales and evolves, and is passionate about what goes on behind the scenes, from tracking financial key performance indicators and coaching our people, through to rolling out action plans and strategic initiatives, and bringing our vision to life.
Ashima is responsible for developing and implementing our firm’s overall strategy and governance, and for leading and managing our people. She is dedicated to creating an environment that inspires our teams to align with our purpose and make a difference for our clients. Her remit also includes client service excellence, modelling best practices, innovation, change management and digital transformation.
When Ashima isn’t busy being our CEO, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her young family.
