We’re making it easier for our clients to review and pay their ASIC annual company statement – this applies to those clients who have nominated ESV to be their Registered Agent.
What’s changing?
Moving forward our clients will receive their ASIC statements via email from admin@esvgroup.com.au, with a link to review and sign the document through DocuSign. This is the same platform we’ve used previously – so the process should feel familiar.
In the email you will also have a link which allows you to securely pay your ASIC fee. The reference number will auto-fill and match the statement for accuracy.
Why we’re making this change
We’re streamlining the process to:
- Make it faster and easier for you.
- Add helpful reminders (this has been a request from many clients) to avoid any late fees.
- Support a better client experience.
What will you see?
This is an example of the email that will be sent.
- Click Review Documents to open DocuSign to review and sign your Annual ASIC statement.
- Click Pay Now to complete the ASIC payment – which links to a secure payment portal, see image below.
- You will be emailed reminders if a payment hasn’t been made (you’ll only receive these if action is still required).
