We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, reliable and vibrant Marketing Assistant to coordinate marketing and communications initiatives throughout the firm.

The role includes:

• Support the marketing team in development of marketing communications such as newsletters, blogs and eBooks
• Assist with preparation of marketing collateral and merchandise
• Assist with organizing internal and external events
• Provide marketing support for firm wide projects, including CRM and database management, market research and social media

Essential attributes skills and experience:

• You will be studying Commerce/Business Degree majoring in Marketing
• Prior marketing experience is advantageous
• Have a strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft office
• Have a strong knowledge of social media
• Display initiative and a proactive approach
• Have creative and design flair
• Be reliable and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
