ESV named a 2022 Best Place to Work

The 2022 Best Place to Work in Australia list was revealed on August 3 and we’re excited to announce ESV ranked at number eleven (in the top twenty, for organisations under 100 employees). This is a first for us and we are so very proud of this result. It’s a reflection of the culture we have built and the people who call ESV their work home!

Something special happened on Tuesday March 15 for ESV. It was our Tribe Day. For the last two years, our firm-wide events have been delivered via a screen. As we all know, it's not the same. On March 15 the team came together (in person) as One Tribe.

RUOK? Day @ESV

We kicked off our RUOK Day initiatives for 2021 with a firm wide event on how to ask, “RUOk?”. We wanted to inspire and empower our team to meaningfully connect with people around them and start a conversation with those who may be struggling in life.
